DPM Netherlands
 In 1989, the outreach office for Eastern Europe/CIS was founded in Holland. Then in 1994, DPM-Netherlands, which reaches out to Holland, Belgium and Dutch-speaking Surinam, was established. Local, regional, and national video conferences are held, and support for the ministry continues to grow. The Dutch office also has the Self Study Bible Course available online, which they are teaching through classes on the Internet.
Derek's materials in a number of European languages are being distributed throughout Eastern Europe and the Balkans region through bases in Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. His radio programme is broadcast on a number of stations in Croatia, and his teaching has also been shown on Bulgarian TV.
