Conference Centre

Whether your need is for an afternoon, a day, a weekend or week long conference, we are able to provide a great venue for your next conference, training course or leaders' retreat.

Our newly refurbished self catering facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge,  and conference rooms.

Kingsfield is set in two acres of grounds just outside the historic market town of Baldock in North Hertfordshire. Only five minutes from Junction 9 of the A1 and with easy access to Letchworth or Baldock main line train stations into Kings Cross London.

Conference Room
The Vaughan Room is our flexible, fully equipped conference room. The room can be used in a number of different ways, depending upon your requirements. Using the theatre style, we can house up to fifty people. If you require a boardroom style, with table, we can accommodate twenty six people. A presentation set up, with tables, can seat twenty one people.

Equipment
Various equipment is available to you including LCD projector, plasma screen, flip chart, whiteboard, speaking lectern, OHP and screen.

Dining Room
Eat your meal as a group together in our dining room with up to 24 people in one sitting.

Prayer Centre
The entire top floor of Kingsfield has been designed with a 'small church' flavour for people to come together in prayer and worship. With its own fully fitted kitchen, dining room and toilets.

Kitchen
Our large kitchen gives you the flexibility to cater for yourselves and to be as adventurous or simple as you like. Whether you are cooking a three course meal for twenty four people, or just heating up some homemade dishes, all you need is right there for you. Equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Lounge
Consisting of large, comfortable sofas, our lounge is the ideal place to take a break from your seminar, or even to relax at the end of a day. It is also the perfect place to hold smaller meetings of up to fifteen people that do not require the space of the Vaughan room.

Overnight Accommodation
We have the capacity to provide comfortable, overnight accommodation for up to eighteen people. Each room has twin beds, wardrobe and sink with hot and cold water, apart from the family room which contains four beds and one room with bunk-beds. There are two shower rooms each containing three separate shower cubicles, and two toilet facilities.

If your group numbers exceed eighteen, there is low cost hotel accommodation within ten minutes drive.
