When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
No Derek Prince materials may be copied or duplicated for commercial purposes.
For orders of taxable items made in the EU, 20% VAT is included in the retail price.
Shipping and handling rates are dependent on what you buy and where the items are to be sent. You will be notified of the cost of shipping during the checkout process.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Your purchases from DPM-UK are covered by The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your right to cancel an order
It is your right to cancel an order up to seven working days from the day after you received your goods. Please advise us of your wish to cancel in writing by email or letter. The cost of returning the goods to us will need to be covered by you.
Goods you can't return
There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including CDs and DVDs if you've broken the seal on the wrapping.
When to expect your goods
We aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible but this will be within 30 days from the day after we receive your order.
Returning faulty goods
If your goods are faulty please you may return the faulty items to us. However, after contacting us we may send replacement items to you without requiring the return of the faulty goods. If however we do ask for you to return the items to us, the cost of returning the goods will be to our account.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of this country you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We provide a secure checkout facility and all the information you provide is encrypted and sent securely using SSL. All credit card payments are handled by a secure, PCI compliant third party. We never see or store your credit card details.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
ALTERATION OF SERVICE OR AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to our web site, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
