Helping Malawi believers develop a strong faith with foundational Bible teaching by Derek Prince
The population of Malawi consists mainly of Negro tribes and most groups live in villages, where the tribal or village elder has a major impact. Christians live mainly in the south, Muslims in the north of Malawi, but many people also have animistic believes. The Chewa, the main tribe in Malawi, for example, worship their ancestors and they determine the values of the people. That's why it's so important to help Christians and new believers building a strong foundation in their Christian faith with Derek's materials.
Two foundational teachings have recently been finished:
- The voicing of the Chichewa Laying the Foundations 10-hour DVD series is completed.
- The printing of the Chichewa Self-Study Bible Course has been re-edited and reprinted; 2,000 copies will be printed for distribution to pastors, Bible schools and those in prison outreach.
