Executive Assistant

Hours:              36.25 hours per week

Location:          Nr. Hitchin, Herts

Contract:          Full-time

Salary range:   £20k to £24k depending on experience      

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support and coordination primarily to the UK/International Operations Director of Derek Prince Ministries. This includes dealing with correspondence, internal communications, diaries and meetings.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication: Managing the flow of communications, demonstrating a high level of accuracy, discretion and confidentiality. Tracking projects, helping to ensure deadlines are met and alerting team members to required actions.  
Admin: Providing administrative support to the UK Director and management team as required.
Diary organisation: Making appointments, travel arrangements, organising conference calls, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes.
Filing: Managing the filing system, both digital and paper.
Other: Carry out any other duties which fall within the broad spirit, scope and purpose of this job description.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in a team and interacting with senior management
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • High degree of IT literacy including MS Office
  • High level of accuracy, discretion and confidentiality
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Able to work self-sufficiently and independently when required
  • Good English language and writing skills
